How it works
- Choose a bouquet from our catalogue.
- Enter the recipient's address in Germany, pick a delivery date and write your card message.
- Pay online — in euros, with your own card.
- We arrange fresh flowers, send you a photo and deliver on the day you chose.
Delivery
- Munich area: our own MY Kurier service. Order by 6 am (German time) for same-day delivery — after that, the next day. The calendar in the cart shows the dates available.
- All of Germany: shipped with DPD in protective packaging. Please order at least 2 days before your preferred date — you choose it at checkout.
- Please provide a German phone number for the recipient — the courier calls if nobody is home.
Paying from abroad
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You are charged in euros; your bank handles the conversion. Cards issued in Russia and Belarus are unfortunately not accepted by the international payment networks.
Courier delivery in Munich: at checkout, please don't use the express buttons at the top (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — with them only DPD shipping is offered. Check out the regular way and choose your payment method in the last step.
FAQ
Can it be a surprise? Yes. The recipient only learns what you write on the card.
Which time zone applies? All dates and times are German time (CET/CEST).
Will it look like the photo? Every bouquet is hand-made. Flowers are a natural product, so small seasonal variations are possible — that is why you receive a photo before delivery.
