Shipping policy
Shipping & delivery
We arrange every bouquet fresh in our studio in Munich (Achwaldstraße 4d, 80999 Munich) and send you a photo before it leaves. You see the exact shipping cost in the cart as soon as you enter your delivery address, always before you pay. All prices include VAT. We deliver within Germany only.
1. MY Kurier: Munich and surroundings (up to 35 km)
We deliver ourselves, every day (Monday to Sunday) between 10 am and 10 pm in the time window of your choice.
- Order by 6:00 am: same-day delivery. After that, the next day at the earliest.
- Sunday delivery only for orders placed by Saturday 6:00 am.
Delivery cost by distance (straight line) from our studio:
- up to 3 km: free
- 3–8 km: €16
- 8–13 km: €21
- 13–19 km: €27
- 19–25 km: €33
- 25–35 km: €39
Minimum order €45 (25–35 km: €60). From €250 order value, delivery up to 25 km is free.
2. DPD Express: across Germany
- €34 per bouquet. Every bouquet travels in its own parcel; each additional bouquet costs another €34.
- Delivery Tuesday to Saturday, at the earliest 2 days after your order. No delivery on Sundays, Mondays, public holidays or the day after a public holiday.
- Saturday delivery only for orders placed by Friday 6:00 am.
- Balloons are not shipped by DPD, only by MY Kurier or for pickup.
3. Pickup: free
Achwaldstraße 4d, 80999 Munich, every day between 11 am and 9 pm in the time window you choose.
4. Orders without a bouquet
- Accessories and decor (e.g. candles, pampas, macarons): standard shipping €5.99 (1–3 working days). Some items ship by DPD Express for €34 when the order value is above €32.
- Greeting card on its own: letter post €1.00 (1–3 working days).
- If accessories ship together with a bouquet by DPD, additional shipping costs may apply depending on the item. The cart shows the exact amount.
